Two migration engines under one login. Ted migrates you from your current accounting or ERP system to Sage Intacct. Tessa migrates you from your current payroll and HR system to one of Sage's new Payroll and HR solutions. You buy a token, run the migration yourself, and sign off when the numbers match.
Ted moves the books: chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, items, bank accounts, inventory, open items and the take-on trial balance into Sage Intacct.
Tessa moves the payroll: employees, earnings, deductions, leave and year-to-date history into Sage 300 People and Sage Payroll Advance.
Both engines run the same shape of job. The wizard walks you through it, keeps the evidence as it goes, and will not start a phase before the one before it is done.
Point us at the source company or send us a backup. We take a versioned snapshot and work from that, so the live system is never touched.
Ted or Tessa reads the snapshot, proposes a mapping for every account, code and master record, and shows its reasoning. You confirm, change or reject each one.
Ted and Tessa are our own models, running on our own hardware in South Africa, so nothing a client uploads reaches an outside AI service.
AI assistedThe whole load is validated read only against the target system. Blocking issues have to be cleared before the take on will start.
The real load. Every write is checkpointed, so a run that stops picks up exactly where it stopped instead of starting again.
Source totals against target totals, every difference explained, and an audit pack the client signs before anyone runs a period on the new system.
Nothing is written to the target system until the dry run passes. Up to that point every phase is read only, so a migration you are not happy with has cost you nothing but the time you spent looking at it.
A token covers one migration of one stream for one client. Everything before the take on is free, so you know what a migration will look like before you spend anything.
